Amazon sellers

Connecting your Amazon account

Product Healer reads your own Amazon seller data, with your permission, so your profit, stock and advertising tools work. This page says what it reads, why, and how to stop it at any time.

What we ask Amazon for, and why

When you connect, Amazon shows you the app and asks you to agree. These are the permissions (Amazon calls them roles) the tools use:

  • Product listings - read listings and fees; create an offer on an existing product only when you press Create, set a maximum order quantity, change listing text and merchant-fulfilled stock only when you press Send / Set or switch Stock Sync on; A+ content only on Send
  • Inventory and order reports - read quantities and order totals
  • Pricing - read your own offers and the Buy Box price
  • Finances - read the fees Amazon charged and the refunds on each order, for profit
  • Amazon fulfilment (FBA) - read FBA stock, inbound shipments and the inventory ledger, and create an inbound plan only when you press Create
  • Buyer solicitation - send Amazon's own review request, only when you switch that on
  • Buyer communication - send the order messages Amazon allows (delivery, order details, a problem), only ones you write or switch on
  • Brand Analytics - your brand's search, market basket and repeat purchase reports (brand owners)
  • No buyer names or addresses - we do not ask for the roles that give them

We read only your own account. Nothing that changes your Amazon account happens unless you press a button for it or switch the rule on yourself.

How to connect

  1. Sign in to Product Healer as the owner of your workspace and open Account → Integrations.
  2. Press Connect on Amazon Seller Central and choose your region. You are sent to Amazon.
  3. Sign in to Seller Central there and agree. Amazon sends you back and the connection shows as connected.

You can also start from the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore; we then ask you, signed in, to confirm the connection before anything is linked.

How your Amazon data is used

  • Only to run the tools for you, the seller who connected it, and the people you invite to your workspace.
  • Never sold, never used for advertising, never combined with other sellers' data and never used to build figures that anyone else sees.
  • Kept encrypted in transit (HTTPS); the tokens that reach your Amazon account are encrypted at rest and are never shown back, logged or sent to a browser.
  • Our server never reads Amazon's shopping website. Our Chrome extension reads a product page you have open only when you press its button, for that one answer, and keeps nothing from it.

The full detail is in our privacy notice, section 8.

How to disconnect

  1. Here: Account → Integrations → Amazon → Disconnect. All reading stops at once and the tokens are deleted.
  2. At Amazon: in Seller Central open Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps and remove Product Healer. Amazon then refuses every further request from us.

Deleting your Amazon data

Delete my Amazon data on Account → Integrations disconnects Amazon and deletes everything we read from it straight away (orders, fees, stock, reports and the rest); your own costs and product links stay. Deleting your account deletes it all. Deleted data can remain in an encrypted backup for up to 14 days.

Security

Switch on two-step sign-in on Account → Security so a stolen password alone cannot reach your data. Our staff use separate accounts with mandatory two-factor authentication and every staff action is recorded. If we find a security incident involving Amazon data we report it to Amazon within 24 hours and tell the sellers affected. Questions: contact us.
