The workflow

Find → Validate → Track → Compare → Profit → List

Six steps from “I wonder if this sells” to a listing that is ready to publish. Each step has a tool, and each tool feeds the next one.

Validate

Check the demand signal is real before spending anything: how many sources agree, how specific the phrase is, and what the marketplace search actually shows.

Compare

Run one seed across every market in your plan and see where a keyword is busy in one country and quiet in another.

Profit

Referral fees, FBA or your own shipping, VAT, landed cost and ad spend — the number that decides whether the product is worth ordering.

Not built as a separate tool: stock is in Inventory and profit in the Business dashboard.

Selling

Dropshipping Enterprise plan only

Sell products you never hold: they sit with the supplier, you list them on your own shop, and each sale is passed to the supplier to send to your buyer. Your shop is Shopify, eBay or your own WooCommerce website; your supplier is AliExpress, CJdropshipping, Avasam, vidaXL, BigBuy, Doba, a print-on-demand service (Printful, Printify, Gelato), or one you order from by hand (for example on Alibaba or 1688). Avasam and Doba orders are placed by you in their own site; print-on-demand orders arrive as drafts for you to confirm.

  1. Connect a shop — Shopify, eBay or WooCommerce, with your own account, in Connections.
  2. Connect a supplier — your AliExpress, CJdropshipping, Avasam, vidaXL, BigBuy, Printful, Printify, Gelato or Doba account, or add a manual supplier whose orders you will place yourself.
  3. Import products — the supplier's cost, stock and variants come in with them.
  4. List them — you set a minimum margin and the price is worked out above it; after that, price and stock follow the supplier.
  5. Approve orders, or switch on automatic ordering — each sale is sent to the supplier once. Automatic ordering is off until you turn it on, and then only with a per-order value cap and a minimum margin; anything outside them waits for you.
  6. Pay the supplier — orders are created at the supplier unpaid, and you pay them there with your own account. For a manual supplier you place the order yourself and record its number.
  7. Tracking goes back — the supplier's tracking number is sent to your shop so the buyer sees it.
Before you start. Amazon is not a dropshipping channel here: Amazon's policy does not allow it, so the tool lists only on Shopify, eBay and WooCommerce. You are the seller of record — prices, delivery times, returns and your buyers' rights are yours to meet. Buyer addresses are stored encrypted and deleted 30 days after the order ships. This is a new tool and has not yet been run against a live shop or supplier account, so check your first orders closely.

Open Dropshipping → — Needs your Shopify, eBay or WooCommerce account

What “coming soon” and “needs your account” mean here. A tool marked “needs your … account” works today once you connect that marketplace or service in Connections — your own account, your own data. “Coming soon” means we have not finished it yet, and we would rather leave it switched off than show you a number we cannot stand behind. “Not switched on yet” means the tool is built but the service it runs on (for the AI tools, our AI provider) has not been set up on our side yet. Everything else on this page works today.

What the data is, and is not

Keyword results are observed: they are the suggestions a marketplace's own search box returns right now. Scores are computed from those observations. Anything we label an estimate — fee calculations, margins, projected monthly profit — is arithmetic on numbers you supply, not a measurement. We never present either as search volume: no source available to us publishes it, so we do not show one. Sales figures (in Product Lookup and Tracked Products) are estimates from sales rank, always shown as a range with a low-confidence caveat, never as a single number.
