Terms of use · Privacy notice · Cookie notice · Refund policy

The short version

  • The free trial needs no card and simply ends. One trial per person.
  • Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
  • A limited-time offer is a lower price, charged from the start and kept on every renewal while the subscription continues. The free trial is the only free period.
  • Your first payment on a subscription has a 7-day money-back guarantee (see the refund policy).
  • Our figures are research signals and estimates, clearly labelled. Business decisions stay yours.
  • Use the service fairly: no scraping, no reselling, no sharing a login beyond the seats you pay for.
  • We are not affiliated with Amazon or any marketplace.

1. Who we are

Product Healer (the "service", at producthealer.tech) is a service of Commercelia Ltd, which operates it and provides it to you.

  • Company: Commercelia Ltd
  • Company number: 13087198
  • Registered address: Suite 109, 28a Church Road, Stanmore, England, HA7 4AW
  • a product of eCom Healer

"We", "us" and "our" mean that business. "You" means the person or business that uses the service.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms, our privacy notice, our cookie notice and our refund policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you may agree on its behalf.

The service is built for sellers and people researching products to sell. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

3. What the service does

Product Healer helps you research products and keywords, work out costs and profit, track listings, and run the day-to-day numbers of an online shop. Some tools work straight away; others need you to connect a marketplace, shop or data provider account. Each tool says what it needs, and a tool we have not finished is labelled "coming soon" rather than presented as working.

4. What our figures are, and are not

  • Keyword results are demand signals, collected from the public autocomplete suggestions of Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Google and YouTube. They show what people type into a search box. They are not search volumes, and we never present them as one.
  • Observed versus estimate. A figure read from a marketplace, a data provider or your own records is labelled as observed. A figure we calculate (for example a sales estimate from a best-seller rank, or a fee from our own fee table) is labelled as an estimate, usually as a range with a note on how confident it is.
  • Missing is shown as missing. When a source does not report a value we show "—" or "not reported", never a zero.
  • Nothing in the service is financial, tax, legal or investment advice, or a promise that a product will sell or make a profit. You decide what to buy, list and spend.

5. Your account

  • Give us a real email address that you control; sign-in, security and billing messages go there.
  • Each login is for one person. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account and in your workspace, including what the people you invite do there.

6. Teams, seats and client workspaces

  • The owner of a workspace can invite people as editors or viewers, up to the number of seats the plan includes. The owner can remove them at any time.
  • Only the workspace owner can subscribe, change plan, cancel or connect accounts.
  • Plans with agency features let the owner manage separate client workspaces. Those workspaces use the agency's plan; you must have your client's permission to handle their data and accounts.

7. Free trial

  • A new account gets a 28-day trial of the Professional plan in the region you choose. The Global region is sold as a paid plan and has no trial.
  • No card is taken to start the trial, and it does not turn into a paid subscription. When it ends, the paid tools stop until you choose a plan; your data stays in your account.
  • One free trial per person. We check this against your email mailbox, not just the exact address: addresses that deliver to the same inbox (for example a "+" tag, or dots in a Gmail address) count as one. A further account on the same mailbox starts without a trial.
  • We may limit how many accounts can be created from one network address, and we may pause new sign-ups at any time.
  • If you subscribe without ever having had our trial, your subscription may start with the same free period. No card is required for it, and if no payment method is on file when it ends, the subscription is cancelled rather than charged.
  • Trial-end offer. In the last 3 days of our free trial, subscribing takes 20% off your first payment only; later payments are the plan's normal price. The offer ends when your trial ends, applies once per account that has never paid us, and cannot be combined with a discount code or a plan on sale.

8. Paid plans, prices and tax

  • Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on the pricing page and on Account → Billing. Each plan is priced and charged in its region's currency.
  • The "Show prices in" option on the pricing page is an approximate conversion for information only. You are charged the amount shown in the plan's own currency; your bank may add its own conversion charges.
  • Prices are shown before tax. Where tax applies, Stripe works it out from your billing address and shows it at checkout before you pay. Business customers can enter a VAT or tax ID at checkout.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe issues an invoice for each payment, and your invoices are listed on Account → Billing.
  • Discount codes are entered at checkout. A code cannot be combined with a limited-time offer, and a fixed-amount code only works on plans priced in its currency.
  • We may change our list prices for new subscribers. A change to our list prices does not change the price of a subscription you already have. If we ever needed to change the price of an existing subscription, we would tell you by email in advance and you could cancel before it applied.

9. Limited-time offers

From time to time a plan may be offered at a sale price until a stated end date. The pricing page shows the terms of any offer that is running. Unless the offer says otherwise:

  • The offer is a lower price, not a free period. Your card is charged the sale price at checkout.
  • The subscription carries on at that same price on every renewal, for as long as it continues.
  • The checkout must be completed before the offer ends, and a discount code cannot be added to it.

Referrals. When the referral programme is running, Account → Refer a seller gives you a link. If someone signs up through it and pays for a plan, you earn the reward shown there, once per person: it is held 14 days, cancelled if their payment is refunded, and then credited to your Stripe balance in your own billing currency, to be taken off your next invoice (so you need a paid plan of your own; an unclaimed reward lapses after a year). It has no cash value. Sign-ups to your own other email addresses, and more than 20 rewards a month, do not count. We may change or end the programme; rewards already earned are honoured.

10. Renewal, cancellation and changing plan

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and your card is charged for the next period, until you cancel.
  • Cancelling: the workspace owner can cancel at any time on Account → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can undo the cancellation before then.
  • Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries it again. You keep access for up to 14 days from the first failed payment; after that the paid tools stop until the payment goes through.
  • Changing plan or billing period: done on Account → Billing. Stripe prorates the difference and settles it on your next invoice. A plan priced in a different currency cannot be switched to directly: cancel the current subscription and subscribe again when it ends.
  • When a subscription ends, the paid tools stop. Your data is kept as described in the privacy notice until you ask us to delete the account.

11. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy: in short, a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of a subscription, no refunds for renewals, unused AI credits refundable within 7 days of buying them, and charges made in error always refunded.

12. Fair use and usage limits

  • Each plan has allowances, such as keyword hunts, deep hunts, tracked products, product data lookups and API requests; the AI tools use AI credits instead (section 15). Your usage and allowances are shown on Account → Billing.
  • When you reach an allowance, that tool pauses until the allowance resets or you upgrade. We never charge you extra for usage automatically.
  • Allowances belong to the plan and are shared by everyone working in its workspaces.
  • We may slow down or pause activity that puts the service or a provider's limits at risk, such as very high request rates, and we apply rate limits to sign-in, email-sending and API requests.

13. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service or its data by automated means, other than through our API within its limits;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute the service, its data or bulk exports as your own product or service;
  • share a login between people, or give more people access than the seats your plan includes;
  • create extra accounts or use other mailboxes to get further trials;
  • try to get around allowances, rate limits, plan restrictions or security controls, or probe, overload or attack the service;
  • copy, decompile or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • use the service to break the law or the terms of a marketplace or other third-party service, or to infringe anyone's rights;
  • upload malicious code, or content you have no right to use.

Landing pages. A landing page you publish is public at our address and links only to your product on Amazon. You are responsible for what it says: it must be true, about your own product, and within Amazon's rules for traffic you send to it. We may take down a page that breaks these terms.

Online Store. A shop you publish is yours: you are the seller to your buyers, responsible for your products, their descriptions and prices, delivery, returns, VAT and the consumer law that applies to you. Buyers pay you through your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms - we never hold that money and take no part in the sale. You must show your true business name, address and contact details, and connect only domains you own. We host the shop and may take down a shop that breaks these terms or the law. Taking down or unpublishing a shop does not cancel orders already paid.

Add-on services. The Online Store and UK Fulfilment are add-on services and are not part of any plan. You ask for one and we switch it on for your account at the price we agree with you: a monthly fee (and, for UK Fulfilment, its published per-use rates), charged on top of your plan and invoiced by us each month - not taken with your plan's card payment. While an add-on is paused or closed, or your plan or account is suspended, a shop is closed to buyers and no new fulfilment work is taken on; your data is kept. Either of us can end an add-on with notice; fees already due stay due. Extra cover on a UK Fulfilment parcel raises our liability for loss or damage, while the parcel is with us or the courier, up to the value you declare, for the fee shown; it is not an insurance policy, and a loss is claimed in your account like any other.

14. Connected accounts and your own keys

  • You can connect accounts such as Amazon Seller Central (SP-API), Amazon Ads, eBay, Shopify, your WooCommerce website, Noon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Walmart, AliExpress, CJdropshipping, Avasam, vidaXL, BigBuy, Printful, Printify, Gelato, Doba and Keepa, either through our app or with your own API credentials. Tools that need an account say which.
  • By connecting an account you authorise us to act for you with that provider, within what you switch on. We read data such as orders, fees, refunds, listings, stock, ad performance and product data to build your figures.
  • A few tools change things on your account, and only when you set them up: Amazon review requests, Amazon Ads rules and budget schedules, negative keywords, A+ Content you write and press "Send for approval" on (created on Amazon and submitted for Amazon's review), new products you create or queue, and Amazon Business prices you send. The repricer previews prices, and changes a price on Amazon only for a rule you, as the workspace owner, have switched to live: never below the profit floor it shows, in steps no larger than you set, at most the number of times a day you set. You remain responsible for your prices; switching a rule off stops it at once.
  • Dropshipping creates and updates listings on the stores you connect (Shopify, eBay, your WooCommerce website), sends tracking numbers to them, and places orders with your suppliers using your own supplier accounts and payment methods. Ordering is off until you switch it on or approve an order; automatic ordering follows the order-value limit and minimum margin you set. You are the seller of record: prices, delivery times, returns and your buyers' consumer rights are yours to meet, and the supplier's product, stock and delivery are outside our control.
  • Credentials you give us are stored encrypted, are never shown back in full to you or to our staff, and are deleted when you disconnect.
  • When you use your own provider keys (for example your own Keepa key), that provider's usage and charges are between you and them, and those lookups do not count against our shared allowance.
  • Your use of each provider stays subject to that provider's own terms. Providers can change or withdraw their services, limit requests, or refuse access, and we cannot control that.

15. AI features

  • Some tools use artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic. When you use one, your question or pasted text, and the research data from your workspace that is relevant to it, is sent to Anthropic to produce the answer (see the privacy notice).
  • AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it.
  • The AI tools are paid for with AI credits, bought separately from your plan on Account → Billing as a one-off payment. Each use takes the number of credits shown on that page and in the tool (for example per AI message, per second of video or per product photo); a request that fails is given back. Credits belong to the workspace, can be used by everyone in it, have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and do not expire. Credits can only be bought while your plan includes the AI tools; credits you hold stay on the account if your plan changes. We may change the credits a use costs for future uses, and the page always shows the current figure before you use a tool.
  • The Ai Healer video creator sends your description, script and any photo you upload to fal.ai, which makes the video. You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload, and anyone shown in it must have agreed to appear in an AI-generated video. Do not use it to impersonate a real person or to make misleading, unlawful or harmful content. Videos are AI-generated: check each one before you use it.
  • Ai Healer product photos send the photo you upload and your description of the new background to fal.ai, which makes the image. The same rules apply: only photos you own or may use, and check each result before you use it.
  • The invoice reader sends the text of the invoice you choose to Anthropic, which reads out the supplier, lines and totals. The file itself is read in your browser and never uploaded. Check every line before you use it.
  • The listing translator sends the listing text you give it to Anthropic. Machine translation can be wrong; read it, or have a native speaker read it, before you publish.
  • AI use is limited by the number of messages in your plan, and each message has a maximum length.

16. Browser extension and API

  • The Chrome extension is offered through the Chrome Web Store and as a download from our site. You sign it in by approving it on our site; it then acts for your workspace on your plan and allowances, and each new product it looks up counts as one product lookup. It reads the product ID from the address of an Amazon product page you open, the product IDs of the results on an Amazon search page and the words you searched for. Only when you press "Use this page's listing" or "Fill the blanks from this page" does it read that product page's public listing details (title, brand, price, Best Sellers Rank, rating, number of reviews, size and weight, and Amazon's own labels such as "bought in past month", who sells it, the 1-5 star split and the "Product information" table) and send them to us to work out that one answer's fees and profit - none of it is stored; and, only when you open its Complaints tab, the reviews shown on that page (star rating and text), to find recurring complaints - never stored. On eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Etsy, AliExpress, CJdropshipping, Alibaba.com, 1688 and Noon product pages it reads that listing's public details (title, price, postage, units sold, rating, reviews, watchers, seller and barcode), and on those sites' search and category pages each result's title, price and units sold as shown, to compare them with Amazon - never stored. On Amazon search, category and Best Sellers pages it reads only each result's ASIN (and its place in the list), and on a seller's storefront page the seller ID in the address. Notes you write on a product are kept for your workspace only. "Check this Shopify store" reads the store's own public Shopify settings on the tab you are on, only when you press it, and sends nothing. Nothing about your own accounts and nothing outside the listing. You can sign it out on Account → Chrome extension at any time.
  • API tokens are created on Account → API, are shown once, and act for your workspace. Keep them secret; anyone holding a token can use it until you revoke it. API access follows your plan and stops when the plan no longer includes it.

17. No affiliation with Amazon or other marketplaces

Product Healer is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Noon, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Etsy, Keepa or any other company we mention. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the service works with.

18. Your content and data

  • What you put into the service, and the data we read from your connected accounts, remains yours.
  • You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy notice. We do not sell it.
  • You can export much of it yourself (for example CSV exports from the product, business and report pages).

19. Our intellectual property

The service, its software, design, text and our own calculations and models belong to us or our licensors. While your account is in good standing we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Nothing else is transferred to you.

20. Availability and changes to the service

  • We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or that any particular data source will keep working. Third-party sources can change or refuse requests, and the service says so when that happens.
  • We sometimes switch on maintenance mode to update the service. During that time the workspace is closed; the public pages stay open.
  • We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something central to a plan you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

21. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the service at any time: cancel your subscription on Account → Billing and, if you want your account deleted, ask us (see the privacy notice).
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, fails to pay, puts the service or other customers at risk, or where the law requires it. Suspension signs the account out at once, and a suspended workspace owner's team loses access too.
  • Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
  • If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

22. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no promise that its data, estimates or AI answers are complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee any commercial result. This does not affect rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

Free tools. The free tools on our site (calculators, converters, image and PDF tools, the e-signature tool and the letter templates) need no account and are provided as they are, for general information. Image and PDF tools, the e-signature tool and the templates run in your browser: your files and text are not sent to us and we keep no copy. Their results are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice; check them before you rely on them. The e-signature tool adds a simple electronic signature only - it does not verify identity or keep an audit trail - and you must have the right to sign any document you sign with it. The letter templates are starting points: you are responsible for making what you send true and suitable, and we do not promise any outcome from Amazon or anyone else.

23. Limitation of liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
  • Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, sales, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, including losses from buying or selling decisions made using the service.
  • Subject to that, our total liability to you for all claims arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

24. Indemnity

If you use the service for a business, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from any claim by a third party that arises from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your breach of a marketplace's or provider's terms. This section does not apply to consumers.

25. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For a change that materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the workspace before it takes effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

26. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Please contact us first: most problems are sorted out faster that way.

27. Contact

To reach us about these terms, email support@producthealer.tech or use the contact form.
