Connecting your TikTok Shop

Product Healer reads your own TikTok Shop orders, read only and with your permission, so your sales and profit tools include them. This page says what it reads, why, and how to stop it at any time.

What we ask TikTok Shop for, and why

When you authorise the app, TikTok Shop shows you the permissions it asks for. These are what the tools use:

• Shop authorised information - which shops you authorised (their ids are kept so a deauthorisation reaches us)
• Order information - read order totals, items and status (read only)
• Not requested yet: product and fulfilment permissions. Copying listings to TikTok Shop, Stock Sync and sending tracking from our UK warehouse will not work for TikTok Shop until the app is granted them.

We act only for your own shop and change nothing in it: no products, prices, stock or shipments.

How to connect

1. Sign in to Product Healer as the owner of your workspace and open Account → Integrations.
2. Press Connect on TikTok Shop. You are sent to TikTok Shop to authorise the app, then back here.

You can also start from the TikTok Shop App Store (Authorise app); we then ask you, signed in, to confirm the connection before anything is linked.

How your TikTok Shop data is used

• Only to run the tools for you, the seller who connected it, and the people you invite to your workspace.
• Never sold, never used for advertising, never combined with other sellers' data and never shown to another customer.
• Buyers' names and addresses are not stored.
• Kept encrypted in transit (HTTPS); the tokens that reach your shop are encrypted at rest and are never shown back, logged or sent to a browser.

How to disconnect

1. Here: Account → Integrations → TikTok Shop → Disconnect. All reading stops at once and the tokens are deleted. What we read is deleted 30 days later unless you connect again.
2. In TikTok Shop: remove Product Healer from your authorised apps. TikTok tells us, and we disconnect and delete what we read from that shop at once.

Deleting your TikTok Shop data

Delete my TikTok Shop data on Account → Integrations disconnects TikTok Shop and deletes straight away the orders we read from it; your own costs, product links and manual sales stay. Deleting your account deletes it all. Deleted data can remain in an encrypted backup for up to 14 days.

Security

Switch on two-step sign-in on Account → Security so a stolen password alone cannot reach your data. Our staff use separate accounts with mandatory two-factor authentication and every staff action is recorded. Questions: contact us.
